A lean, healthy body is made in the kitchen - YOUR kitchen! My best advice, drink water and phase out processed & packaged food. Whole Foods 1st. You don't need to be a chef to learn to make foods that are good for you. Cooking ensures you KNOW what you'e eating, saves money and improves your health. Embrace your kitchen! - a glass of wine, some good <loud> music and you making culinary magic! Tons of recipes, healthy cooking tips & nutrition education are the foundation to my programs, all are adaptive to your tastes and created with whole foods to ensure clean eating. I encourage you to EAT FOOD, Not too much, mostly plants (~M. Pollan), do not diet! We eat 3 to 6 times a day...25+% of our calories come from snacks, invest in your health - get your ass in the kitchen!
